  • Industrial Training has a major component from the beginning of hospitality education. Traditionally and from a conservative point of view, these have been viewed as experiential learning and practice. In the recent years, these have been defined as structured, career oriented, supervised learning experienced, be it paid or unpaid, with an approved luxury or business property.

Backpacking culture is progressing to become an important aspect of the tourism industry. It supports small scale businesses and small scale hospitality providers like Inns and Holiday Homes. As the culture is very economically backed as the amount of money is comparatively less, hence, the culture is reaching to newer levels of growth and amelioration, indeed a brief but in-depth study is of very much of importance today. This study is meant to bring the less renowned concept in the limelight and informing everyone.

  • The objective of the study is to explore Himachal and Himachali Cuisine to acquire the knowledge about them and to know the reasons behind the lack of popularity of Himachali Cuisine with respect to other Cuisines within India. The state of Himachal Pradesh is divided into 12 districts which are grouped into three divisions, Shimla, Kangra and Mandi and the objective is to make an attempt to explore and learn about the diversity of food within the cuisine that Himachal offers and what makes this cuisine unique in its own way.

This will help us to know the rapid expansion of the solar energy market which can be attributed to a number of supportive policy instruments, the increased volatility of fossil fuel prices and the environmental externalities of fossil fuels, particularly greenhouse gas emission. By this we easily understand the new improvised concept, which would make the solar energy system in five star hotels more effectively and in future it will get adopted by different organization in Chandigarh. Solar energy are expected to help meet 40% of India’s power needs by 2030.

  • Being students of AIHM Chandigarh, we always had a query to find out why the students after undergoing industrial training in hotels form a strong opinion about whether they will choose to work in hotels or move to another industry as a career option.

We chose this topic to compare such two types of eateries which are very common in people, and they are frequent visitors to, either both of the eateries or at least one of them in the past few years.
